Nilai, 8 August 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Muamalat (FEM) successfully hosted the 2nd International Conference: ASEAN School of Business Network (ASBN) 2025 on 7–8 August 2025 at the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM).

The two-day conference brought together academics, researchers, practitioners, and students from across the ASEAN region and beyond to share insights, research findings, and innovative ideas in the fields of business, economics, and management.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, ASBN 2025 continued to serve as a platform for regional collaboration, academic networking, and the exchange of best practices among ASEAN business schools. The conference featured keynote addresses by distinguished speakers, parallel paper presentation sessions, and interactive discussions that explored current and emerging issues such as digital transformation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and economic development within the ASEAN context.

The event attracted participants from various universities and institutions within the ASEAN School of Business Network, reflecting the growing commitment to foster cross-border academic cooperation and research excellence in the region.

Through this initiative, the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat reaffirmed its commitment to advancing knowledge sharing, international collaboration, and academic excellence, in line with USIM’s mission to be a globally respected centre of learning and research grounded in Islamic values.
